I was thinking that actually being a part of the filming and learning the Ins and Outs of the process would ruin it for me.....but it just made it all the better!
The only misleading part of the show is believing the cast actually does a lot of work. LOL. They are fun and entertaining, but the true superstars are the employees of the builder and the subcontractors they have working along side them. The work family I have been a part of for over six years....they are incredible. Time and again we were told by project coordinators and producers that this was one of the best build projects they had ever done.
I can't even begin to tell all the amazing stories from the whirlwind week. The original 500 sq ft home was raised and a new 4200 sq ft home in it's place within 105 hours. WOW.
When you see your boss relaxed and smiling on the day of the reveal instead of freaking out and panicking, you know it was a job well done!
How exciting! A 500 sq ft home?! to a 4200 sq ft home? I wouldn't know what to do with so much space! When will this air? Love the new blog look.
