Thankful Thursday

I am so thankful for my son, Nathan James.
I'm thankful that he has Ds-that his diagnosis and the results of that diagnosis have awakened in me a whole new perspective and attitude that I was previously unaware of.
I'm thankful that he has come to live in my home, with me and James, and our other 3 children, and has made incredible changes in their lives too.
I'm thankful every morning when I hear his little voice chattering and calling for me from upstairs.
I am so freaking thankful for this little guy that I can't even tell you in words; I can't express it with the language that I know; I fail miserably at describing the impact he has had in my life.
I love you Natie-boy. My heart overflows with wonder and joy each and every day at the sight of your smile.
