This is easy to make. Yummy to eat!
I used Pillsbury Grands and a square muffin tin.
I pushed the dough down into the hole so it made a well, and pulled some of the dough up over the rim.
Then I cracked an egg into each biscuit...gently! The first time I did it I had egg white all over the counter...dripping down onto the tile...
(I appreciate my dogs in moments like these...)
Then I put salt and pepper on each one, and sprinkled with bacon bits.
I put the pan in the oven and baked at 375 until the eggs were set the way I like them, which is sorta in -between runny and firm.
Looks way more impressive than the effort it takes.
