Last night over dinner Hannah was talking about Camp Daniel again. She has been talking about it a lot lately...she's really looking forward to it this summer.
Her goal is to go all 4 weeks this year, so we hashed out a few ideas for how she could raise the money.
This year she is old enough to be a counselor, and it will cost her several hundred dollars to go for all 4 weeks.
Babysitting is always a good option for her since our neighborhood has lots of little kids, and Hannah is Red Cross certified. She may also have the chance to work at Jumpin' Bean Bouncers again this summer. James helped her create a flyer for babysitting. It's super cute.
After the kiddos went to bed, I logged on to PBteen for redecorating inspiration. I noticed that the website had a video contest for "goals and aspirations for 2012" but it was due by today!
I told Hannah about it this afternoon and before I could even finish reading the information she got really excited and couldn't wait to do the video. She recorded it as soon as I got home.
I submitted it to PBteen in hopes that she gets the grand prize which is $1,000 donation to the charity or school of her choice.
She is confident she will win! She is so excited about the chance to give the $1,000 to Camp Daniel.
Go Hannah!!
