Yum!
My friends Becky and Tim came over tonight, and we made tuna and crab sushi. We all love it so much, but none of us had ever made it before. It was surprisingly easy to make, and totally delish. James looked on with a mixture of disbelief/disgust at the fact that we were scarfing down raw fish-but it really was good! Any sushi lovers out there?

ReplyDeleteI LOVE sushi!! We have sushi instead of turkey for Thanksgiving. My brother-in-law is half-Thai, half-Japanese and he makes awesome sushi. We order the fish from CA and he makes it all. Keep in mind not all of it is raw like shrimp, crab sticks, smoked eel, smoked salmon, octopus. My sister-in-law wrote an Asian cookbook and there's a section on sushi, if you're interested. :-)

ReplyDeleteI love the veggie sushi rolls, the california rolls. These look so yummy. Can you send some over to Canada:) I made a blueberry lemon cake today. Not as healthy but it was fun!!
